Information that you may find helpful as you wait for your instrument: Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. In an effort to keep the prices affordable, it is only my wife and I who run the company. We both work full time jobs therefore there may some a delay in returning phone calls. I answer emails usually within 24 hours, however and my email address is mdburke@burkewhistles.com. If there is a delay in answering your email I am probably out of town and do not have internet access. Your whistle is shipped as soon as it is ready. There maybe a small delay from the time of your order and when it is actually shipped. Every effort is made to ship your order within a 4 -5 day period; most of the time we are able to ship faster.
